Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, , and esthetic laser treatments to improve skin health and appearance.
• Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, and brow services with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments by effectively communicating benefits to clients.
• Stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles.
• Experience in providing diverse skincare services including facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancements.
• Ability to perform specialized procedures such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust and satisfaction.
