Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this (Commission Based) role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and a variety of beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, combined with your dedication to customer service, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermaplane, dermabrasion, and attention to safety standards.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
• Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as tattooing or medical esthetic procedures, and maintain licensure requirements through ongoing education.

Requirements

• Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in performing skin treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control procedures within a clinical or spa setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and the ability to perform professional makeup services.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping of medical records and treatment history.
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other beauty services efficiently.
• Experience with sales techniques to promote retail products effectively.
