Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of esthetic treatments to men only. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation while delivering personalized care to clients. The Esthetician will also engage with clients through social media platforms, promoting services and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services for men including facials, hair threading, nail care, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Engage in upselling additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client results, and attract new clientele.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Skills in tattooing and hair threading are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with salon software for appointment management is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to guest interactions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
