THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced, licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis — with a real path to full-time as your clientele builds. Sunday availability is required. Additional days will vary based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Deliver customized facial services, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing (including Brazilian), and other treatments to spa standards
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses before every service — reviewing client history, contraindications, and goals
• Maintain your treatment room to an impeccably clean, organized, and inspection-ready standard at all times
• Complete detailed, accurate client visit notes in our spa management system same-day, every service
• Perform warm, knowledgeable front desk handoffs after every session — communicating treatment notes, home care instructions, retail recommendations, and rebooking intervals
• Actively support client retention through consistent, elevated service delivery and genuine relationship-building
• Follow all California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations and spa sanitation protocols without exception
• Monitor treatment room supply levels and communicate reorder needs proactively
• Contribute to shared space maintenance and uphold spa standards throughout your entire shift
• Show up for your team — communicate clearly, follow systems, and actively participate in the culture we are building together

REQUIREMENTS

• Active and valid California Esthetician License — maintained at all times
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a spa or licensed esthetic environment
• Proficiency in facial services, waxing (including Brazilian), and client consultation
• Strong knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Sunday availability required; flexibility for additional days preferred
• Professional, reliable, and punctual — every shift, every time

STRONG PLUSES

• Experience performing chemical peels and dermaplaning
• Experience with Brazilian waxing
• Demonstrated ability to recommend and sell retail skin care products — you understand the connection between home care and results, and you communicate it naturally
• A track record of client retention and strong rebooking rates
• Familiarity with spa management software
• A genuine interest in continuing education and staying current in the esthetics field

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus commission on services and retail, with compensation growing as your performance and client base grow. This is a part-time position with a genuine path to full-time for the right person.
