Hiring: Licensed Esthetician – Radical WellSpa (Franklin, TN)

Radical WellSpa is a results-driven, boutique wellness and aesthetics studio focused on advanced treatments and total body optimization. We combine cutting-edge technology with a luxury client experience to help our clients look, feel, and perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced facial treatments (custom facials, RF, skin tightening, etc.)
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Assist with medspa services and support client experience
• Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation, and professionalism at all times
• Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service
• Contribute to social media content (optional but a big plus)

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Esthetician License
• Strong knowledge of skincare and facial treatments
• Passion for wellness, and a love for performing facials that give client results
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Must be articulate and able to converse with a seasoned spa clientele, with authority
• Sales-minded with ability to recommend services/products confidently
• Experience with medspa technology is a PLUS (Emsculpt Neo, Emface, Exion, etc.)
