Pay Rate: $22 per hour - $24 per hour

Esthetician Responsibilities:

• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials and develop customized treatment plans promoting the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate product and service recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional care and ongoing treatment plans.
• Promote member referrals and memberships to encourage return clientele.

What We’re Looking For

• Active WI Esthetician License (required).
• Liability insurance (required).
• Experience (Preferred): Sales: 1 year | Customer service: 1 year
• Strong communication and customer service expertise with clients, management, and fellow team members.
• Have knowledge and understanding of all spa services and products as they relate to estheticians.
• Strong hands-on, work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.

Flexible Work Options:

• Part-Time: 3 days / 15-28 hours per week.
• Full-Time: 28+ hours per week.
