Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused Esthetician to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality beauty and skincare services while creating a welcoming and positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, detailed-oriented, passionate about the beauty industry, and committed to maintaining excellent sanitation and customer services standards.

Responsibilities

Beauty & Skincare Services

• Perform esthetic services including:
• Brazilian waxing
• Full body waxing
• Customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• Lash lifts & tints
• Brow tinting and brow laminations
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Promote retail products and additional services when appropriate

Client Experience & Front Desk Duties

• Answer phone calls, texts, emails and client inquires professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming enviroment
• Assist with client check-in/check-out and payment processing

Studio Maintenance & Sanitation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
• Follow all Oregon state and board sanitation and saftey requirements
• Properly sanitize tools, equipment, and treatment areas between clients
• Complete daily laundry and restocking duties

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Esthetician License
• Experience in waxing and skincare services preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable with booking software and client communication
• Reliable, punctual, and detailed-oriented

Compensation

This position begins as hourly pay during training and onboarding. Compensation will transition to a commission-based structure of 43%-50% of services once service sales consistently exceed hourly earnings. Additional opportunities for retail commission are available, and all tips included.

Schedule

Part-time to start with opportunity to add more hours

Weekend and evening availability may be required

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
