Location: Secret City Glow – Oak Ridge, TN

Part-Time (Saturdays Only, Growth Opportunity Available)

Position Overview:

Secret City Glow is seeking a licensed esthetician for a dual-role position combining front desk reception and entry-level service support. This role is ideal for a motivated, reliable professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced esthetics studio while building toward a service provider position.

This position will primarily cover Saturday front desk operations, with opportunities to step in as a backup service provider as needed. Additional shifts and service opportunities may become available after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception / Front Desk Duties:

* Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth

* Manage appointment scheduling and client flow

* Answer calls, texts, and booking inquiries

* Process payments and maintain accurate client records

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas

Service Support / Backup Provider:

* Step in to perform services when needed (based on skill level and training)

* Assist with room turnover and service prep

* Support retail recommendations and client education

* Uphold all sanitation and licensing standards

Qualifications:

* Active Esthetician License (Tennessee)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

* Willingness to learn and grow within the business

* Comfortable in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes roles

Preferred (Not Required):

* Experience in waxing, sugaring, spray tanning, or brows

* Familiarity with booking systems (GlossGenius is a plus)

* Retail or sales experience

Schedule & Growth:

* Required: Saturdays

* Opportunity for additional days and service hours after probation period based on performance and business needs

Compensation:

* Hourly pay for receptionist duties

* PLUS Service pay/commission when performing services
