Serenity Esthetics is a growing spa brand with locations across the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on being professional, innovative, and client-focused, with a commitment to creating a truly elevated and personalized experience for every guest.

The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probation pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day probationary period, after which a performance review is conducted. Based on performance and overall contribution, qualifying team members are advanced to the standard pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services, including customized facials
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming, professional environment
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients through personalized care

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license (required)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in esthetic treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and Dermaplaning preferred
• Experience with Microneedling and Chemical Peels is a strong plus
• Full Sunday availability required
