Licensed Esthetician

Spavia MacGregor is hiring PT estheticians at our independently owned luxury spa—where guests relax, recenter, and renew.

Compensation Snapshot: Esthetician earnings can start $45–$50 per treatment including gratuities, plus retail commission and bonuses. Illustrative annualized range $30,000 – $39,000 at ~15 hrs/week, plus retail commission & performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by experience, and modality; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Schedule: Part-time; weekend Saturday and Sunday, 10-minute turnover between guests.

Qualifications

· Active Esthetician license

● Reliability, punctuality, professional communication, and a guest-first mindset.

● Weekend/evening availability with flexibility

● A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
