Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team part-time (1–2 days per week), with the opportunity to grow into more hours as your schedule fills.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments (facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, etc.)
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and treatment plans
- Educate clients on products and post-treatment care
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Collaborate with the team to support clinic growth
- Conduct skin analysis to recommend customized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and services by providing expert advice that aligns with clients’ goals.
Skills
- Active Esthetician License in Washington
- Prior experience in a med spa or clinical setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow your clientele
- Comfortable promoting services and skincare products
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proven experience in customer service with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for a safe treatment environment
- Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and providing exceptional customer service.
