Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide expert skincare consultations, recommending suitable treatments and home care routines based on clients’ skin types and concerns.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, progress notes, and medical history.
• Educate clients on skincare products, makeup application techniques, color theory, and overall beauty tips to enhance their experience.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all procedures, adhering to state licensing regulations and industry best practices.
• Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with active licensing credentials.
• Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety procedures within a spa or salon setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
