Duties

• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, Radio- Frequency, Hydrofacials , dermabrasion, EMS, and Cryotherapy treatments to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Perform specialized procedures such as Consultations , and medical/cosmetic record documentation using Boulevard/Nova POS systems.
• Maintain strict infection control and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product and treatment recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin/body health.
• Conduct retail sales of skincare products and MOST importantly sell treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and medical history in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proof of certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments such as Radio-Frequency, EMS, Cryotherapy, and other Non-Invasive body contouring technologies
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control practices, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge or Experience in Sales.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
