Job Overview

HydriGlo Health & Wellness is seeking a passionate, professional, and growth-minded Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury wellness and aesthetics team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, client experience, wellness, and corrective treatments. We are looking for an esthetician who enjoys building relationships with clients, educating them on skincare, and creating a welcoming luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, corrective skincare treatments, chemical peels, body treatments, and consultations
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend customized treatment plans based on client goals and concerns
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and home care products
• Maintain proper sanitation, infection control, and treatment room cleanliness according to professional standards
• Support skincare retail recommendations and client education
• Document client treatments and progress accurately
• Stay updated on skincare trends, technologies, and corrective skincare techniques
• Assist with front desk duties, scheduling and answering the phone

Qualifications

• Active New York State Esthetician License
• Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and create a welcoming client experience
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures essential for esthetic practices.
• Experience with facials, corrective skincare, chemical peels, or advanced skincare treatments preferred
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Schedule

Part-time position with availability to support client demand, including high-demand booking days and evenings as needed. Opportunity for growth into a full-time role as the spa continues to expand.

Compensation based on experience, skills, and service offerings.
