Aislinn Medical Spa is seeking an experienced licensed esthetician who is ready to grow a loyal clientele and be part of a supportive, high performing medical spa team.

This role is designed for an esthetician with 1+ years of hands on experience who values elevated client care and consistent results. You’ll work in a collaborative environment alongside medical providers and seasoned spa professionals with the support and structure needed to grow confidently.

Who You Are:

  • A licensed esthetician with at least 1 year of experience (more is great, too!).
  • Someone who values both results and relationships — and takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience.
  • Experienced in performing aesthetic services such as as Hydrafacials, lash lift & tint, microneedling, and chemical peels.
  • Familiarity with professional skincare brands such as Eminence Organics, SkinMedica, Revision Skincare, and Image Skincare.
  • Available for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Services & Client Care:

  • Perform aesthetic services in accordance with state licensure and Aislinn protocols.
  • Conduct thorough consultations using active listening to understand client goals.
  • Educate clients on treatments, skincare, and long-term care plans .
  • Accurately document all services and notes within the patient chart.
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Sales & Client Education:

  • Comfortable discussing pricing, treatment plans, and recommendations.
  • Recommend products and services aligned with client needs and goals.
  • Support membership sales and long-term treatment planning.
  • Meet individual and team expectations related to rebooking and retail performance.

Spa Assistant & Front Desk Support:

  • Assist with front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and phone support.
  • Support room turnover, supply restocking, and provider assistance.
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming front-of-house environment.

Clinic Standards & Team Support:

  • Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the treatment environment.
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education as required to maintain licensure and enhance professional skills.
