Licensed Esthetician

FacialLash Lounge is seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. If you love skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on proper home care, recommend products and services, and deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services based on client needs.
• Provide customized facial treatments and skincare consultations.
• Perform and be proficient in:
• HydraFacial
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Body Waxing
• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
• Perform lash lifts and tints.
• Perform eyebrow lamination and waxing.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and home care products.
• Recommend retail products and services that support clients' skincare goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow all sanitation and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a salon, spa, or skincare clinic.
• Experience performing professional facial treatments and advanced skincare services.
• Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
