We are looking for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and helping clients achieve their skin goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both performing treatments and educating clients about treatment plans, skincare products, and long-term skin improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments

• Conduct skin consultations and skin analysis

• Recommend treatment plans and skincare products

• Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards

• Build strong relationships with clients

• Help clients achieve long-term skincare results

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Esthetician License

• Experience performing facials and advanced skincare treatments preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and package options with clients

• Previous sales experience is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay
