Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of esthetic services including customized facials, waxing, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• Create a luxurious and welcoming experience for every guest by delivering results-driven services with exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment space that meets salon sanitation standards and protocols.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled trainings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Actively promote and educate guests on skincare regimens and retail product offerings to support service outcomes and drive retail performance.
• Adhere strictly to all salon policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain valid licensure and stay current on industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active state Esthetics License required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a spa or salon preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for guest care.
• Open to ongoing learning, feedback, and upholding a positive, respectful salon culture.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
