Role Description

The Licensed Esthetician at Skin Sanctuary is responsible for providing high-quality corrective skincare treatments, building long-term client relationships, and supporting individualized treatment plans designed by our clinical team.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ongoing education in advanced skincare techniques and product knowledge.

Estheticians are expected to operate with both clinical excellence and exceptional client experience.

Estheticians are expected to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Estheticians are expected to maintain the high operational standards of Skin Sanctuary.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about skin health, growth, and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Core Responsibilities

Client Care & Treatments

Provide professional skincare treatments including but not limited to:

• Customized corrective facials
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• DiamondGlow treatments
• Acne treatment protocols
• Lymphatic facial massage
• Advanced treatment add-ons

Estheticians must:

• Follow Skin Sanctuary treatment protocols
• Customize treatments based on client needs
• Maintain proper sanitation and infection control standards
• Document treatments thoroughly in client charts
• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Confidently recommend professional skincare products.

Client Experience

Create an elevated and welcoming environment where clients feel supported and cared for.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly
• Providing thorough consultations
• Educating clients on skincare and treatment plans
• Supporting long-term treatment planning

Retail & Product Knowledge

Estheticians are expected to confidently recommend professional skincare products, educate clients on home care routines, maintain knowledge of all skincare lines carried by Skin Sanctuary, and support retail goals through ethical product recommendations.

Retail recommendations should always prioritize client results and long-term skin health.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Esthetician Liscense in South Dakota
• Passion for skincare and client education
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team enviornment
• Strong attention to detail and client care.

Preferred:

• Experience with corrective skincare treatments
• Knowledge of acne treatment protocols
• Experience with advanced treatments
