Position Overview

Licensed esthetician who is eager.to be a team player and work front office, back office and assistant to injectors as well. We are looking for a passionate, client-focused esthetician with hands-on experience in Hydrafacial and other advanced skin treatments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a high-end medspa environment where patient education and comfort are top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Licensed esthetician who is wager to be a team player and work front office, back office and assistant to injectors as well.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, Hydrafacial®, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other skin therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with client consultations and support a welcoming, luxury medspa experience.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver comprehensive aesthetic care.
• Promote retail products and educate clients on their benefits to optimize results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and continuing education.

Experience/Qualifications

• Luxury meets medical Facials
• Own Clientele preferred
• Hands-on experience with Hydrafacial® technology (preferred).
• Must be experienced in derma planing and peels.
• Licensed esthetician with willingness to work front office, back office and assistant
• Must be comfortable with posting own content to social media 1-3x/week
• Strong knowledge of ZO Skinhealth, Jan Marini and Epicutis. Knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatment protocols.
• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of ZO Skinhealth, skincare ingredients, products, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain repeat clientele.
• Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury medspa standards.
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends, as needed.
