Illumina Skin Care Massage is a boutique day spa in the heart of the Farmington Valley, where self-care is treated as a ritual, not a rush. We're a small, warm team that takes pride in helping every client walk out glowing — inside and out. We're looking for a licensed esthetician who shares that care and wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Waxing, and other services on our clients
• Educating our clients on the best homecare regimen, offering retail products for their skin and recommend follow-up visits
• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
• Provide your customers a relaxing, comfortable experience based on their individual needs and desires.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards of the workplace

Skills:

• Have knowledge in a variety of esthetician services including Facials, Microdermabrasion, Hydrodermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facial and Body Waxing, and Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting.
• Have knowledge of main skin care ingredients.
• A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
• Comfortable with learning new client management systems
• Basic understanding of technology and social media
• Reliable, responsible, accountable
• Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
• Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
• Ability to engage in retail sales to promote skincare products and increase revenue

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
