Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
• Provide expert makeup application and hair threading services to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and home care routines to promote ongoing skin health.
• Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services that meet client needs while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards essential for esthetic procedures.
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or tattooing are a plus.
• Familiarity with color theory to assist in makeup application and skin tone assessments.
• Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of medical history and treatment notes.
• Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other esthetic techniques.
