Licensed Esthetician for Luxury Family-Owned Spa in Scottsdale

We are a new high-end, family-owned spa opening in Scottsdale, offering a warm, supportive, and professional work environment. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Esthetician who values teamwork, long-term growth, and genuine client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced facial treatments (Hydrafacial, deep cleansing facials, microneedling - advantage)
• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Recommend skincare products and customized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Esthetician License - required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a spa or medical spa - preferred
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Passion for skincare, results, and client care
• Team-oriented mindset
