Position Overview
This is a dual-role, performance-driven position designed for an esthetician who thrives in both treatment delivery and sales conversion.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments
- Conducting in-depth consultations
- Recommending customized treatment plans
- Closing high-ticket packages, memberships, and skincare regimens
This role is ideal for someone who understands that client experience + education + confidence = revenue and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Esthetician (Clinical + Results Role)
- Perform advanced, customized skincare treatments including hydradermabrasion, corrective facials, and chemical peels
- Conduct thorough consultations that identify client goals and position treatment plans
- Create and present multi-session packages and long-term skin plans
- Educate clients on results, timelines, and homecare to increase compliance and rebooking
- Maintain treatment excellence and a high standard of professionalism
Client Relations + Sales (Front-of-House Impact)
- Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience that builds trust and authority
- Convert consultations into high-ticket packages and memberships
- Promote and sell retail skincare with confidence and product knowledge
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and rebooking strategies
- Contribute to daily revenue goals and overall business growth
Qualifications (Required)
- Active California Esthetician License
- Proven experience performing professional skincare treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin health, protocols, and corrective treatments
- Demonstrated ability to recommend and sell treatment plans and products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently guide clients through decisions and close sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a med spa or advanced aesthetics environment
- Background in high-ticket sales, memberships, or package-based services
- Understanding of KPIs such as conversion rate, average ticket, and retention
- Confidence on social media and client engagement
