Position Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and skin consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans and homecare recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Educate clients on skincare products and treatment options
• Promote and recommend professional skincare products
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Accurately document treatments and client progress
• Work collaboratively with our esthetic and medical spa team
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Sales and retail experience preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping clients achieve results and confidence

Pay: $17.00 - $100.00 per hour
