Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who has a love for skin, brow and lash artistry. From precision brow shaping and lamination to body waxing and more, we are looking for someone with the skills and enthusiasm to join our team. This person will report directly to our Director of Esthetics.

Responsibilities

• Work with our team of providers performing high-quality skin, lash and brow services, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, wants and needs regarding their lashes and brows.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Educate clients on aftercare post-service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the beauty industry.
• Provide additional beauty services as needed, including but not limited to body waxing and the facials that we offer.
• Make recommendations for other skin treatments or services and skincare based on their skin's wants and needs.

Experience

• 2+ years working in the industry is preferred.
• Works well on a team and has a team-player attitude.
• A Cosmetology or Esthetician license is required.
• Familiarity with various skin treatments is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for enhancing client appearance through our services.

Requirements: Cosmetology or Basic Esthetician License.
