Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Provide expert skincare consultations, recommending personalized solutions based on client needs and skin types
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Manage client records accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and progress effectively
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to promote ongoing skin health
• Assist with sales of skincare products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, makeup application techniques, and new esthetic technologies to continuously improve service quality

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics
• Proven experience in skin care treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapies
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control standards, and safety protocols in esthetic services
• Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Ability to perform detailed work such as hair threading, makeup application, and tattooing if applicable
• Knowledge of technical concepts like color theory and skin anatomy is preferred but not required
