Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of services that enhance the appearance and well-being of our clients. We are looking for someone who has availability on the weekends and can travel between our Manhattan and Brooklyn locations.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and product recommendations, and be ready to work in a collaborative team environment and also will be essential in creating a welcoming and rejuvenating experience for our clientele.

Duties

• Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Administer various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and micro-needling.
• Provide hair removal services using techniques such as waxing and hair threading.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent hospitality and personalized service.
• Promote products and services to clients, utilizing sales skills to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a med spa environment is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in various skincare treatments and techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products and services effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional customer service is essential.

Pay: $21.25 - $25.00 per hour
