We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough skin consultations and assessments.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on each client's goals and concerns.
• Provide professional facial and skincare treatments.
• Educate clients on home care routines and skincare products.
• Promote retail products that support treatment results.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Assist with scheduling, client communication, and other front desk duties as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License.
• Experience performing facials and skincare treatments.
• Waxing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable recommending and selling retail skincare products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spa or med spa experience is a plus but not required.
