Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty enhancements with precision and care.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends such as tattooing techniques, color theory applications, and new esthetic laser technologies to provide innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
• Ability to perform specialized services such as tattooing or medical esthetic procedures is a plus but not required.

Pay: $31.33 - $37.73 per hour
