We are an Organic Sugaring (waxing/hair removal) service that appeals to all skin types, especially sensitive skin. We always look for organic solutions from hair removal to skin care products. Our company is nationally known with locations from Miami to Chicago. We are constantly expanding and always seeking positive people to join our happiness project. We focus on an exceptional customer and employee experience.

SUGARING / LASH LIFT / BROW LAMINATION / TINTING / V-FACIALS / DERMAPLANE / LASH EXTENSIONS

Must have a valid WA state Esthetician’s license. Current esthetic students are encouraged to apply as well! Many shifts are available from full-time to part-time, ONE weekend day

(Saturday or Sunday) is required. We are open 7 days per week! Monday-Friday 9-7 pm Saturday and Sunday 9-6 pm.

Job Duties:

• Performing services that meet the quality and time standards of our spa company and follow service protocols as outlined in online, written, verbal, and in-person training
• Providing education to guests on what services we offer; full body sugaring for men and women, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination, vfacial, dermaplane, and more
• Communicating with guests throughout their experience with us to guide them and set expectations for servicing and aftercare
• Professional attitude with a drive to succeed as a team as well as an individual
• Effective time management in a fast-paced industry. Operating both the treatment room and the front desk
• Sharing product knowledge with clients based on their needs and closing retail sales
• Understand key industry metrics and follow company verbiage practices to meet weekly goals
• Ability to work as an independent member of a team and take both verbal and written direction and follow-through with assigned tasks
• Promptly turning over treatment room after servicing while following all local and state sanitation protocols
• Sanitation of treatment room between clients and each evening at closing
• Promoting proper maintenance to clients for all services
• Follow communication guidelines and scripting to cultivate a positive work environment and seamless guest experience
• Tailor each guests’ experience to their individual needs to ensure each guest leaves happy
• Actively participate in social media marketing by engaging in both individual sugaring Instagram and company Instagram platforms to showcase our expertise, share valuable content, and build strong relationships with both new and existing guests - using Sugaring WA Social Media Guidelines
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives and events to drive new guest acquisition and retain loyal guests
• General cleaning duties including, but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc. Ability to lift 25 pounds and comfortable on a ladder
• Understanding company mission to provide beauty services as organic, eco-friendly, and healthy as possible to our community
• Actively participate in a team setting to further the success of each individual team member and as a studio overall
• Productive use of paid downtime in-between guests – to include marketing, outreach, and activities designed to build your books
• Maintain authentic brand identity when completing business building tasks
• Attend weekly metrics meetings on Friday’s (remote OK) and quarterly staff meetings
• Maintain WA state Esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
