Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Perform advanced skincare procedures such as skin analysis, tattooing, and medical-grade treatments while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
• Manage client records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote ongoing client engagement through personalized consultations.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like hair threading and makeup application, and certifications such as esthetic laser treatment or tattooing.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in delivering professional skincare services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently.
• Additional skills such as color theory application, makeup artistry, hair threading, or tattooing are highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
