Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled, licensed, and client-focused Med Spa Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional patient experiences while performing advanced aesthetic treatments. This position requires expertise in non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures, excellent consultation skills, and a commitment to patient safety and results.

ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform microneedling treatments according to established protocols.
• Perform RF (Radiofrequency) Microneedling treatments safely and effectively.
• Administer laser hair removal treatments for various skin types and treatment areas.
• Perform HydraFacial treatments and customized facial services.
• Provide dermaplaning treatments to improve skin texture and appearance.
• Conduct professional skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and home-care regimens.

Patient Care & Consultations

• Conduct thorough client consultations and assess treatment candidacy.
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
• Follow up with clients to monitor progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and results.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain strict infection control and sanitation standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Adhere to all state licensing requirements and company policies.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and treatment advancements.

Business Development

• Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Assist in achieving monthly service and retail sales goals.
• Participate in marketing events, social media content creation, and client appreciation events as needed.

QualificationsRequired

• Active Esthetician License in good standing.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice.
• Experience performing:
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling
• Laser Hair Removal
• HydraFacial Treatments
• Customized Facials
• Dermaplaning
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

Preferred

• Certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare product lines.
• Sales experience in a med spa or aesthetic setting.
• Familiarity with EMR and practice management software.
