Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic treatments and consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals
• Educate clients on skincare products, services, and treatment options
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
• Create social media content and participate in marketing initiatives
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with providers and support staff
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused culture

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Esthetician License
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client outcomes
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable appearing in social media content and marketing campaigns (a must)
• Professional, dependable, and growth-focused
• Experience in a med spa environment highly preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
