We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience in a spa environment, a strong knowledge of skincare, and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments, advanced skincare services, and waxing services
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Recommend retail products and home-care regimens to support client results
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and rebooking
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding spa experience

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a spa setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, ingredients, and product recommendations
• Proven ability to build a loyal clientele and deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced facial modalities and corrective skincare treatments
• Strong retail sales and client retention skills
• Knowledge of wellness and holistic skincare practices
