Licensed Esthetician

The V Spa, a full service day spa, is a destination for relaxation and rejuvenation offering a variety of services for both members and non-members. who are highly active and receive treatment massage on a regular basis. We are located within The Valley Athletic Club; a family friendly 180,000 square foot health and fitness facility offering indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor tennis, indoor & outdoor pickleball courts, racquetball courts, gymnasiums, workout areas, group fitness classes, children’s activity center, personal training w/ private training studios, pilates apparatus, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis & more. With an emphasis on health & well being, customer service, member experience, and facility cleanliness, we are here to make a difference in the lives of others in both big and small ways each and every day.

Qualifications - License/Certification:

• Active WA State Esthetician License required
• Graduate of an accredited skin care school

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Providing a tailored service based on clients needs & ability to upgrade
• Exceptional Customer service (friendly greets and strong appointment rebooking)
• Appropriate chart notes
• Referring to customer intake and client notes prior to service
• Keeping customer client notes updated after service
• Keeping room clean/organized and tools safe/sanitized during client appointments
• Ability to learn day spa services on menu
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a professional, team oriented environment
• Courteous, friendly, and professional communication skills with customers and team members
