Summary

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide professional skincare services and enhance clients’ confidence through personalized treatments. You will report to the Spa Manager and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional facial and waxing services while maintaining the highest sanitation and safety standards. With core skills in customer service, sanitation, cosmetology, and color theory, you will assess client needs, explain treatment options, and ensure a comfortable, satisfying experience. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, makeup application, and related services will contribute to client retention and the spa’s success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during facials, waxing, and related esthetic services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.

• Perform skin treatments (facials, dermabrasion), waxing, makeup applications, and other listed esthetic services with precision and hygiene.

• Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols, and maintain clean treatment rooms.

• Communicate treatment plans, aftercare, and product recommendations to clients; upsell relevant services and retail products.

• Maintain accurate records, sanitize equipment, and ensure compliance with cosmetology and health regulations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
