The Skin Clinic is looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering high-quality, customized treatments in a professional medical aesthetics setting.

Our esthetician will work alongside our Lead Esthetician and have access to professional skincare lines including ZO Skin Health, Sorella Apothecary, GlyMed, Mixi, Colorescience, and Hydrinity. This role may include customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, SkinPen treatments, HydroDiamond facials, and other advanced skincare services.

Responsibilities include:

Performing customized facial and skincare treatments
Providing dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, SkinPen, HydroDiamond, and other esthetic services as appropriate
Educating clients on skincare plans, homecare routines, and product recommendations
Building strong client relationships and providing an excellent client experience
Maintaining accurate treatment notes and client records
Keeping treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized
Participating in ongoing education and team training
Supporting clinic promotions, events, and client retention efforts

Qualifications:

Active Arkansas esthetician license required
Minimum 1 year of esthetics experience preferred
Interest in medical aesthetics and advanced skincare required
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Strong communication and client education skills
Comfortable recommending skincare products and treatment plans
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the clinic

Compensation:

Commission-based pay

Pay: $19.00 - $50.00 per hour
