Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking skilled and passionate licensed Estheticians to join our dynamic team at The Tox. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body sculpting and skincare with a commitment to providing exceptional client care. This role involves performing various esthetic services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also learn about and aid in the promotion of our holistic skincare and wellness products.

Duties

• Provide a range of esthetic services, including the 60-90 minute body Tox technique and the 45 minute sculpting facial technique.
• Clean tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Stay updated on The Tox products, including their ingredients and intended use.
• Assist with studio cleanliness.
• Engage with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of holistic skincare products, techniques, and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Weekend availability required.

Join our team as we continue to grow The Tox in Michigan! Please note, The Tox Technique will be taught by our corporate staff during an 8 day training session in New York City. Signing of an NDA will be required as this technique is trademarked.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
