Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and services, providing clients with exceptional care and personalized experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction while promoting a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere.

Duties

• Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Administer facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skincare procedures.
• Provide deep tissue massages and other body treatments to enhance overall wellness.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for specific grooming services as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage appointment bookings using salon software efficiently.
• Engage in sales of skincare products and services to enhance client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, including botulinum toxin treatments and advanced skincare techniques.
• Promote services through social media management to attract new clients.

Skills

• Proficient in various esthetic techniques including barbering, deep tissue massage, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions.
• Knowledgeable in botulinum toxin treatment procedures is a plus.
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and services to clients.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
