Licensed Esthetician

Garden Retreat Spa, a leading provider of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best. This role involves performing advanced aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal, while delivering the highest standard of guest care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, exfoliations, and laser hair removal
• Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations to address individual client concerns
• Upsell skincare products and add-on treatments to enhance results and support business goals
• Assist with team coordination and daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant treatment area in accordance with state health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the positive, professional culture of the Garden Retreat spa team

Skills and Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or advanced skincare environment
• Proven proficiency in chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal
• Strong knowledge of skincare science and treatment protocols
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Ability to upsell and educate clients on treatment plans and home care products
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a commitment to excellence in every service provided
