Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. We offer hourly plus bonuses and commission pay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and services, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments while ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, and body treatments.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' individual needs.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on proper usage and benefits of skincare products.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to continually enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Esthetician experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure and experience of 2 years preferred.
• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of color theory to assist with client consultations.
• Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage time effectively while providing high-quality services.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Hydrafacial experience .
