Job Summary

Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Perform skin analysis to recommend tailored treatments based on individual skin types and concerns
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health
• Assist clients with makeup application and color theory consultations to enhance their natural beauty
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or related fields
• Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, facial procedures, eyelash extensions, tattooing (if applicable), and laser therapies
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in esthetic services
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of hair threading techniques and makeup application is a plus
• Ability to stay current with industry trends including dermabrasion techniques, esthetic laser treatments, and new skincare innovations

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
