Licensed Esthetician

We are hiring two experienced licensed esthetician — unexperienced candidates can be offered paid training — to join our growing clinical team. Full-time preferred and part-time considered.

As an licensed esthetician at Finesse Med Spa, you'll provide premium esthetic services and energy-based services in a beautifully designed clinical setting, with an establishing client base. Your scope of services and compensation will be tailored to your experience level.

• Chemical peels
• Customized facials
• Skincare consultations
• Brow and Lash Services
• Wax Services
• Laser Services (coming soon)
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare regimens
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Plan and host events

1099 Independent Contractor

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You bring your clinical excellence, your reputation in your community, and your passion for patient care.

Your Opportunities:

• You deliver on-location aesthetic services (listed above)
• Skincare Retails Sales
• Selective Virtual Visits (Consultations)
• You set your own schedule based on clinic availability
• Commission based compensation based on services provided and skincare sold
• Medical Director & Collaborative Supervision
• Business Safety Standards & Clinic Policies/Protocols for full clinical support
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding their treatments and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with other clinical tasks as needed to support smooth clinic operations

Requirements

• Active Esthetician license
• Rotating Weekend Availability.
• Liability insurance coverage
• Availability to commit 30+ hours per week (full-time)
• Strong fine motor skills for procedural aesthetic treatments
• Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical standards
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with self-directed work
• Continuous drive to grow
• Adaptive and team player
• Existing patient network or community presence in your area (preferred)
• Prior experience in aesthetics and wellness services (strongly preferred)
• Existing portfolio of your work (preferred)
