Licensed Esthetician — Full-Time | Grapevine, TX $25–$50/hr (Base + Commission)

About Just Wellness

Just Wellness is Grapevine and Southlake's most comprehensive wellness and aesthetics center. In addition to our med spa offerings, patients have access to red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, IV therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, and more. That means our aesthetics patients are loyal, results-driven, and consistently coming back.

Our current esthetician is at full capacity. We're adding a second aesthetician, and we expect the same for this role within 45–60 days based on our existing patient demand and active marketing driving new patient flow daily.

At the start, at least one weekend shift per week required (either Saturday or Sunday).

What You'll Earn

• $20/hour base during ramp (first 45 days)
• $22/hour base after ramp
• 7% commission on your revenue to start (ALL products + services + memberships)
• 100% of tips paid to you, less standard credit card processing fees (typically 3%)
• Commission increases based on your production
• 10% commission once you hit $12K/month in production
• 12% commission once you hit $18K/month in production
• You control the timeline. Produce more, earn more.

What This Looks Like in Real Numbers

A full schedule at Just Wellness, which our current esthetician is already running, puts you at six-figure annualized income. That's not a ceiling, that's the baseline once your book is built.

$15,000/month in production → ~$5,500/month

$20,000/month in production → ~$7,500/month

$25,000/month in production → ~$9,500/month

$30,000/month in production → ~$11,000/month

What We Provide

• Training on services, machines, protocols, etc.
• Active marketing campaigns driving new patient volume
• Established patient base with strong retention and referral systems
• A patient base already invested in wellness
• Premium equipment; Sciton Moxie/BBL laser machine arriving soon
• Medical Director and experienced NP injector on-site

Who We're Looking For

• Texas-licensed Esthetician in good standing
• 2+ years experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting
• Proficient with HydraFacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, and custom facial treatments
• Laser certification preferred. Will be required by July 31.
• Comfortable guiding patients toward treatment plans and skincare products.
• Existing clientele is a strong plus

• Someone who wants to clock in, do one facial at a time, and clock out
• Someone who treats every patient like a standalone appointment instead of a long-term relationship
• Someone uncomfortable in a performance-based environment
