Overview Just Wellness is a premier wellness center and medspa in Grapevine offering cutting-edge wellness services like cryotherapy, red light therapy, hyperbaric &amp; more. We also have aesthetic treatments like botox, filler, and facials. We are seeking a dedicated, client-focused Front Desk &amp; Wellness Associate to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for each client&rsquo;s visit, helping ensure a seamless, elevated experience across both wellness and aesthetics.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and guide them through their scheduled treatments</li><li>Manage front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/out, account cleanup</li><li>Educate clients on services, memberships, and packages</li><li>Assist with coordinating flow between services and client sessions</li><li>Keep equipment clean and ready between sessions (wipe-downs, resets, etc.)</li><li>Promote Just Wellness offerings and help clients select services that match their goals</li><li>Handle incoming calls and text inquiries using professional phone etiquette</li><li>Process sales and track client purchases and commission opportunities</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in a front desk, wellness, spa, or salon setting is preferred</li><li>Bonus if you're pursuing or interested in aesthetics or holistic wellness</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills are a must</li><li>Positive attitude, polished presence, and strong communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with basic tech/software systems for booking and point-of-sale</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks<ul><li>$12/hour starting base pay</li><li>5% commission on all memberships, packages, and products sold</li><li>Team challenges with bonus compensation opportunities</li><li>Unlimited free wellness services (Cryo, red light, sauna, etc.) &amp; 40% off aesthetics (facials and injectables)</li><li>25% off wellness services for family members</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time (15&ndash;25 hours/week)</li><li>Weekday availability required (Mon&ndash;Fri 10am&ndash;7pm). Typical shifts are: 9:30am to 3pm, and/or 3pm-7pm.</li><li>Occasional Saturdays (9am&ndash;3pm)</li><li>We will likely also open on Sundays (9am-3pm) starting in July.</li></ul>Join Just Wellness and help deliver results-driven self-care to a community that values feeling and looking their best.
