This is not a relaxation spa position.

This is results-based aesthetics.

You will not be tucked away in a quiet treatment room all day. You will collaborate with providers, educate patients, document progress, and play a visible role in their aesthetic journey.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Certified Medical Aesthetician with 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.

This is a patient-care and results-driven position.

You will deliver advanced treatments while educating patients and supporting their long-term skin health journey. You will collaborate with medical providers and help patients understand why treatments matter, not just what they are.

You will be responsible for executing services with consistency, maintaining treatment standards, documenting outcomes, and helping patients stay committed to their plan.

Performance will be measured by the following objectives, which align with our brand pillars of expertise, consistency, and connection.

1. Patient Experience & Retention

  • Deliver an elevated, concierge-level experience for every patient ensuring every touchpoint reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain 90%+ patient satisfaction and 80%+ rebooking rate for all facial and skincare services.
  • Anticipate patient needs and personalize recommendations that build long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Represent the Jules brand standard in all patient communication calm, confident, and compassionate.

2. Clinical & Treatment Excellence

  • Perform all treatments with precision, safety, and adherence to Jules Aesthetics protocols and standards.
  • Maintain a zero deviation approach to sanitation, documentation, and procedural accuracy.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of skin health, ingredients, and treatment planning to customize care effectively.
  • Stay current on continuing education.

3. Revenue Growth & Retail Performance

  • Maintain a minimum 25% retail-to-service ratio through confident product education and personalized recommendations.
  • Contribute to skincare package, membership, and event-day sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate consistent growth in both service and retail revenue month over month.
  • Collaborate with front desk and providers to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal scheduling utilization.

4. Team Collaboration & Culture

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with providers, front desk, and leadership regarding patient care and operations.
  • Participate in all team meetings, trainings, and brand events contributing positively to team culture.
  • Arrive prepared, polished, and punctual embodying the Jules professionalism standard daily.
  • Represent the practice both in-person and online with brand-aligned communication and professionalism.

5. Accountability & Growth

  • Take initiative in personal development and advanced training opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon quarterly goals for rebooking, retail, and treatment volume.
  • Maintain all professional licenses and certifications in active standing.
  • Uphold all confidentiality and compliance standards including HIPAA, ethics, and Jules brand policies.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with injectors and other providers to consult with patients to determine their skincare goals, recommend products and services based on patient needs.
  • Educate patients on products available to them, present patient plans that maximize their skincare outcome.
  • Ensure that all equipment used in therapies is cleaned and maintained properly.
  • Record client’s medical history and all information in appropriate database, review treatment history for best treatment plan and follow up.
  • Participate in providing content for social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assist office manager and other staff to order products and manage inventory.
  • Recommend products and care for clients pre and post laser procedures.
  • Work with management and marketing team to create specials to promote sales and services.
  • Ability to market yourself and bring new patients to the practice.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of skin care lines such as, but not limited to Skinbetter, ZO Skin Health, Ourself, Hydrinity, PCA facials.
  • Proficient with all services that are accepted treatment standards at Jules Aesthetics and Wellness (facials, hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, etc)
  • Maintain professionalism in overall presentation and demeanor at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with patients and Jules Aesthetics.
  • Ability to learn and proficiently use software platforms such as our practice management software, EHR, and photo database.
  • Ability to learn and master the “clinical language” of a medical aesthetics practice, understanding key issues, surrounding procedures and treatments.
  • Flexibility with changes to workflow and schedules.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Aesthetician license with all state and federal requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

PREFER somebody with an existing client book/following

Job Type: Part-time - Up to 1-3 days a week--Tuesday & Thursday & everyother Saturday per month

Pay: $17.00 - $50.00 per hour
