We build long-term skin plans.THE ROLEWe are seeking a Certified Medical Aesthetician with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.This is a patient-care and results-driven position.You will deliver advanced treatments while educating patients and supporting their long-term skin health journey. Patient Experience &amp; Retention<ul><li>Deliver an elevated, concierge-level experience for every patient ensuring every touchpoint reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain 90%+ patient satisfaction and 80%+ rebooking rate for all facial and skincare services.</li><li>Anticipate patient needs and personalize recommendations that build long-term trust and loyalty.</li><li>Represent the Jules brand standard in all patient communication calm, confident, and compassionate.</li></ul>2. Clinical &amp; Treatment Excellence<ul><li>Perform all treatments with precision, safety, and adherence to Jules Aesthetics protocols and standards.</li><li>Maintain a zero deviation approach to sanitation, documentation, and procedural accuracy.</li><li>Demonstrate deep understanding of skin health, ingredients, and treatment planning to customize care effectively.</li><li>Stay current on continuing education.</li></ul>3. Revenue Growth &amp; Retail Performance<ul><li>Maintain a minimum 25% retail-to-service ratio through confident product education and personalized recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to skincare package, membership, and event-day sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.</li><li>Demonstrate consistent growth in both service and retail revenue month over month.</li><li>Collaborate with front desk and providers to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal scheduling utilization.</li></ul>4. Team Collaboration &amp; Culture<ul><li>Communicate effectively and proactively with providers, front desk, and leadership regarding patient care and operations.</li><li>Participate in all team meetings, trainings, and brand events contributing positively to team culture.</li><li>Arrive prepared, polished, and punctual embodying the Jules professionalism standard daily.</li><li>Represent the practice both in-person and online with brand-aligned communication and professionalism.</li></ul>5. Accountability &amp; Growth<ul><li>Take initiative in personal development and advanced training opportunities.</li><li>Meet or exceed agreed-upon quarterly goals for rebooking, retail, and treatment volume.</li><li>Maintain all professional licenses and certifications in active standing.</li><li>Uphold all confidentiality and compliance standards including HIPAA, ethics, and Jules brand policies.</li></ul>Success as an Aesthetician at Jules Aesthetics means more than performing treatments it&rsquo;s about creating transformation. It&rsquo;s mastering your craft, owning your results, and contributing to a culture where excellence, integrity, and teamwork thriveDuties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Partner with injectors and other providers to consult with patients to determine their skincare goals, recommend products and services based on patient needs.</li><li>Educate patients on products available to them, present patient plans that maximize their skincare outcome.</li><li>Ensure that all equipment used in therapies is cleaned and maintained properly.</li><li>Record client&rsquo;s medical history and all information in appropriate database, review treatment history for best treatment plan and follow up.</li><li>Participate in providing content for social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.</li><li>Assist office manager and other staff to order products and manage inventory.</li><li>Recommend products and care for clients pre and post laser procedures.</li><li>Work with management and marketing team to create specials to promote sales and services.</li><li>Ability to market yourself and bring new patients to the practice.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of skin care lines such as, but not limited to Skinbetter, ZO Skin Health, Ourself, Hydrinity, PCA facials.</li><li>Proficient with all services that are accepted treatment standards at Jules Aesthetics and Wellness (facials, hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, etc)</li><li>Maintain professionalism in overall presentation and demeanor at all times</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with patients and Jules Aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to learn and proficiently use software platforms such as our practice management software, EHR, and photo database.</li><li>Ability to learn and master the &ldquo;clinical language&rdquo; of a medical aesthetics practice, understanding key issues, surrounding procedures and treatments.</li><li>Flexibility with changes to workflow and schedules.</li><li>Maintain strict patient confidentiality.</li><li>Effective time management skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Aesthetician license with all state and federal requirements.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.</li></ul>PREFER somebody with an existing client book/followingJob Type: Part-time - Up to 1-3 days a week--Tuesday &amp; Thursday &amp; everyother Saturday per monthJob Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Dermaplaning or Microneedling?</li><li>This role includes performance expectations such as rebooking, retail sales, punctuality, and SOP adherence.
