SCaIR Skin Care is looking for a talented, motivated, and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury wellness team in Crofton, Maryland.

We specialize in elevated, holistic skincare treatments and deeply relaxing, results-driven facial experiences. Our space is calm, welcoming, and intentionally designed to help every guest completely unwind while receiving exceptional care.

We are not only looking for someone who can perform a beautiful facial. We are looking for someone who wants to grow, continue learning, build strong client relationships, and become an important part of the SCaIR brand.

The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, confident, and genuinely excited to help build their own clientele through exceptional service, client retention, referrals, social media, and community connections.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maryland Existing clientele is strongly preferred Motivated to attract new clients and actively grow their schedule Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable promoting their services Experienced in hydrofacials, customized facials, and facial massage techniques Open to learning new techniques, treatments, products, and SCaIR service standards Passionate about holistic skincare and working with OWAY, a luxury organic professional skincare brand Warm, nurturing, friendly, reliable, and professional Detail-oriented with a gentle, confident touch Comfortable creating a quiet, relaxing, and elevated guest experience Available to work weekdays and weekends A supportive team player who thrives in a calm, luxury spa environment

What You’ll Do:

• Perform customized facials, and relaxing facial massage treatments Provide a personalized, luxurious experience for every guest
• Build relationships with clients and encourage rebooking and referrals Educate guests on personalized skincare routines and OWAY product recommendations Help promote your availability, services, and results through social media and local networking
• Participate in training, content creation, model appointments, and continued education Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and tranquil treatment space
• Follow all SCaIR sanitation, service, and client-care standards

Schedule:

Our spa operates from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with the last appointment beginning no later than 5:00 PM.

Weekday and weekend availability is required. The exact schedule will be discussed based on business needs and candidate availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive service commission
• Commission on retail product sales 100% of gratuities go directly to the service provider
• Opportunities to grow as clientele and performance increase
