ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of skincare treatments to enhance clients' skin health and appearance while providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service and CONSULTATIONS. This role requires a PASSION for skin health, a commitment to ongoing education, and the ability to foster lasting client relationships and STRONG SALES SKILLS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

Multitask position where the esthetician is mainly required to see clients and perform treatments and partnering with other team members and do multitasking at the clinic including:

--Answer phone calls

--Keep track of membership clients and keep member retention

--Answer messages from clients and schedule/reschedule your clients after treatments

--Clean and sanitize work areas and do laundry and put laundry away

--Create social media content from real treatments and posts 3-4 times a week

--Call your one-time clients and attempt to re-book

--Ask clients for google review with after seeing positive results

--Obtain consents from clients for photo release and use before and after pictures to post on social media

--Products reviews and learn all the products we carry and educate clients about our products

• Provide Excellent Skincare Services:

Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling ensuring high-quality service that meets client needs.

• Skincare Products Expertise:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various skincare products; provide expert recommendations tailored to individual client needs.

• Skincare Advice:

Offer personalized skincare advice to clients, educating them on proper routines and product usage to achieve their desired results.

• Client Consultations:

Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin type, concerns, goals, and developing customized
treatment plans accordingly. Make booking and sales phone calls and follow up
with clients post procedures.

• Exceptional Customer Service:

Maintain a welcoming environment that prioritizes client satisfaction, addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.

• Upselling:

Identify opportunities to upsell services and products that align with client needs, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

• Maintain Cleanliness:

Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for clients.

• Time Management:

Efficiently manage appointment schedules to maximize client satisfaction while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

• Problem Solving:

Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Continuing Education:

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and education.

• Training:

Assist in training new staff members on best practices and service protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Esthetics industry required
• Strong Sales skills
• Proficient in a variety of cosmetics and skincare products.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.

LOCATION:

• Madison WI

AVAILABILITY:

• 8-hour shift Monday-Friday, Plus one weekend of the month
• 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION:

• Base rate starting at $25.00 per hour and potential for increase
